How to deal with CPS if you are a minor....?

My brothers friend was living with us up until a week ago. I am 16 hes 21. He was this wonderful brother figure to me. A little over a week ago i didnt want to go home because my parents were fighting. My friends parents called the police and I told the police that my parents were fighting and that my brothers friend had also thrown a chair in my room because he was upset. Later a social worker came to my school and told me that i said that he tried to get in the shower with me and have with me and when i said no he got mad and threw a chair. Even though I 100% denied these alligations the social worker came to my house and told my mom we were having . This guy has no other family and my family meant the world to him. My mom kicked him out because of the allegations and he is forced to live back with his father who hates him and vice versa because CPS is not allowing him to live with us. Everytime my mom or my brothers friend would call CPS and talk to the social worker or her supervisor they would bullshit through the conversation saying that they talked to tons of people who said we were indeed having and that they know we were having even though there is no evidence or proof of us having . I have been a wreck about this ever since it happened. My parents are telling me to give up because its a waste of time. I am planning making one final attempt at proving my point to this social worker. What do i say? What shouldn't I say? What are the chances of my brothers friend being able to come back and live with us?

Rough Idle and acceleration?

So i asked a question a while back regarding my 1998 Mitsubishi Diamante Rough idle and such. All it had problem with was a rough idle and acceleration. Took it to a shop and they aid all is fine after replacing spark plugs, wires, cap and rotor. They also changed the valve over gaskets. As i drove out of the parking lot noticed the idle was still rough. I i had to press on the acceleration very very slowly or else the rpms would drop and the engine would backfire. The shop was closing and said to come back later. A check engine light came on diving home and had a friend use his tester, and it gave the code p0300. Also said cylinder misfire detected/Eval misfire supported/ eval fuel system supported/ eval component supported. No clue what those mean and could really use some help. Dont wanna pay extra money i shouldnt have to.

Sounds like he needs a total re-start from the very basic level in order to get him to accept a rider and not be so nervous. The chewing on the bit indicates he is so nervous and fearful. He is just waiting for the "next attack". I wouldn't over-stress him or try to hurry the process of reindoctrinating him. Let him relax. Ive been trying to monitor my BG levels more lately as I have been feeling really sick for months with severe kidney pain-every day. The kidney pain is non-stop throbbing regardless of what I eat or drink. I drink water all the time as to help my body stay healthy but it does not help. I get times through the day when I reach a real low and feel like Im going to faint and I see spots and squiggles. I fasted last night from 9pm-6am and tested and I was at like 78. Now Im dizzy for the rest of the day with a severe headache. This is a daily occurrence. Sometimes I reach the brink of fainting. Should I just go to the ER and get checked out and checked in or should I wait to schedule an appointment. My sugar as of 6pm was 107 after eating. Its now 7pm and I feel horrible again. Dog bathing...how often is too much?

How can I treat really painfull GERD. It seems to be getting worse.?

I was diagnosed with GERD several years ago. I have taken medication ever sence. It has always worked great. I have recently started eating healthier, more fruits and veggies and lean protiens, plus I am pregnant. What would be the best approach to installing an exterior beam to reinforce a load bearing opening?

I am taking out a good portion of my kitchen wall (18 feet) to allow flow into my living room. This is a load bearing wall, it was once the exterior wall, I will have a supporting column in the center of this opening. My ceiling height is low in my kitchen so I have to watch how wide of a beam I use at the p through. I can't put reinforcing beams in the attic because of the cluttered structure configuration, so I am adding a support beam on the living room side over the opening. This beam will be attached directly to the vertical roof supports and to the new reinforcing beams on each side of the column. This beam will be exposed and trimmed out to match the decor. What would be the best material for this beam and are there any new products out that are dedicated to this application?

My camelia has wilted and looks dead can I save it?

i have a Camellia in a large pot and it was growing beautifully. its about 5ft tall, In the last couple of weeks the leaves have suddenly wilted and it looks as though the plant is dying. A prof teaching a graduate level cl should have high expectations. Secondly, you might ask the professor for time to talk to him one on one. And when you have the time, dont complain or talk about things being unfair. Instead, explain to him that you understand how difficult the material he is teaching is and ask him what you need to do to be successful in his cl. At that point if you do what he has told you to do then you can expect good grades from him. And if he gives bad marks while you are doing what he has told you, you can point out to him that you have done what he told you to do and it still is not working and he might see the error of his ways.

How do I explain why daddy left, If i don't completely understand?

My husband left me and my children on a Sunday afternoon, 2 weeks after our 10th anniversary. He had been acting weird for a month or so, going to the same bar night after night in our very small town. Hundreds of dollars at a time he came home drunk and more distant. One Saturday morning he sat me down and told me he almost slept with someone. he said she came on to him and he stopped it before it went too far. I thought that was complete crap, but i listened and kept it in the back of my head for the next week of our anniversary, and our trip away. We had a beautiful anniversary flowers at work, dinner and a bed and breakfast getaway. He was distant towards the end, and I knew something was up. That next weekend, I decided to go out and see for myself. She was there, and all night she was stuck to us acting like a total bar tramp. He made many comments about how nasty she was being, but something didn't feel right as he danced with her and sat by her all night. 2 days later he went out and I found them together again at 7 am in our small lil town truckstop, that afternoon he left, and hasn't been home since.3 days later I found out that she left her husband and son and was staying with him in the hotel. It has now been 3 weeks and they are in love, he lives with her son and her at her friends house, while they apartment hunt. He has barely seen the kids other than to drop off money for bills, and this weekend he insisted on taking them for an overnight to meet their new step mommy. They missed their daddy and since legally i couldn't stop him, i had to let them go.Luckily they had a good time, but have so many questions. yes I filed for divorce, and he is thrilled, but I knew it was too soon for the kids to understand, and now the insanely hard questions have started, and the wanting daddy to come home. I have them in counseling in school and I have started counseling, but I just don't know what to say to explain. There are so many more insane details, and if I am still in shock and disbelief, how do I explain what daddy did and why he isn't coming home????

I think you need to stop making this about you. Your son is in great pain and probably don't know how to talk to you based on how your reaction. The fact that he comes up to you meant that he is reaching out for help. Don't force him and counseling is a great way to help him deal with what he is going through. Unless your son gives the counselor permission to tell you what he discussed with he or she they are not allowed to say anything to you. Maybe you need family counseling to talk as a family of how this incident have impacted your lives. Your son probably drinks because he is trying to numb the pain he feels. I understand how you may be feeling because your nephew has done it, but give your son some time and maybe it will be good to go to family counseling so that you can work on the problem together as a family.

Cable modem problems?

Live in an apartment for 2 yrs and everything fine till about 2 months ago. Motorola surfboard modem will start blinking send and recieve LEDs and will lose connection. I'll have to goto my TV connection and jiggle the the coax connection at the wall until my channel 3 stops blinking and comes in clear and then I'll get a modem connection again. I'll lose connection about 5 min. later and channel 3 is blinking and I have to jiggle the connection again until it comes in clear and my modem will be fine again, for about another 5 min. Since this only started happening recently is this the cable companys fault or did something happen at the apartments or to my modem?
