Why do people say that the right person will come along?

it's proven that one in 100 of people is the right one for you! so yeah , i think it's a load of crap when they say the right one will come along, cause it's not destiny, it's not anything like that. You just get to marry or to be in a long-term engagement when u are mature enough and are ready to commit to a single person. I bet that if for a example you would start dating again by 25 the boyfriend you had at 13 years, your relationship would be a lot more serious and you could get to marry him.
