Who do I contact if I want to have permission to use a reggae riddim for my music?

I wnat to use certain riddims( which happen to be very popular) on my songs, but I feel if I wanna start making cash off of it I'll have to get permission. Who do I contact to get permission to use the riddim or how do I contact them?
