Love without infatuation?

i think we as women get caught up in wanting the fairy tale romance or the scripted love that we see on tv. i went through this with my husband also. my husband isn't the typical "romantic" type so we never had that real exciting honeymoon phase that came with other relationships that i had been in. it was always like you said just quiet, pleasant kind of love. we kind of go through phases where things will be calm (i always love him) but it seems like every six months or so ill just look at him and fall in love with him all over again. i know im rambling but i guess this is just our natural progression of the way our love works.i don't think its always supposed to be the same. maybe this is just a case of you thinking the gr is greener on the other side so i think if you have a good guy and your relationship is healthy maybe you just have to wait until you run through this phase and you fall in love with him all over again. i hope this gives you a new perspective. good luck hun.
