Omg what to do about a guy this is serious?

ok so i liked this guy i told him how i feel we didnt see for a while so now school started we see in the hall way all we do is look at each other we dont talk like we use to he stares at me sometimes.....my friends friend i talk to her but we arnt friends she and him are flirting and hugging and walking around school together im really jealous of this but i really want to talk to him what should i do to stop this awkwardness when she talks about him or when hes around she knows i like him but like i dont know what to do about this now please help me im felling depressed............
