Texas history confusion?

I have to draw three pictures of each-- Economic (A monetary system for texas) , Social (Relating to human society and interaction of individuals as members of society.), and Political (Relating to Government) But i can't think of ANYTHING!! Help? what could i draw? And it has to be related to texas... THANKS IN ADVANCE!:D
