What is the name of a computer game in the 1990s or early 2000s that had a girl's diary in it?

I'm trying to remember a game I used to play when I was a kid. It had a girl at school and I'm pretty sure she had a diary with her. The game took place right before winter recess and you played from the girl's perspective.
