How to get hair like Justin Bieber (or Zac Efron)? With Pic.?

it should look like their hair. i don't have straight hair mines kind of wavy but most of my friends have straight hair and it just grows down like zac's or justin's just condition everyday and don't spend so much time making it perfectly straight because their styles are a little messy too. hope this helps
