Ladies : Do you ever wear your knickers more than 2 days running ...?

We are all told to conserve energy so I'm doing my bit by not using the washing machine so often. Is it acceptable to turn your knickers inside out on the 2nd day, what about going for a 3rd day if they aren't too crusty?
