Wouldn't it be just great if?

the countries that have started to recognize the state of Palestine would not recognize any official doents (visas, business licenses, diplomas, etc.) from Palestine -including the occupied territories- that issued by other bodies than the Palestinian authorities? The countries like Russia, Venezuela, Uruguay, Cuba, Costa Rica, Nicaragua, Chile, etc.
