I want to see Bruno......?

Ok, I've been wanting to see Bruno for a while now and finally i convinced my mom to go with me to see it. I'm 13 years old. I was looking at the trailer on YouTube and one of the reasons it was rated R was because it has "Pervasive Crude and Strong ual Content". Does this mean theres going to be constantly in the film?? anyway just wondering...Thanks!! =D ♥♥!!
