Should the government implement this system?

I hate the idea, how would you like to be watched every minute of the day? not having any privacy, it seems to me like you have no rights anymore, and that you are a sheep, you will be guided by someone else, your herder, but sadly, not your self. Now what do you think of that idea? Have you seen Pakalert.com? it's a good website, try it out
