What would this government+economic policy be called?

Don't really know a lot about politics so I don't know what government system; however I do have an MA in economics so I can say that the economic regime is a liberal regime - liberalism or whatever you want to call it. (it is still based on the principals of clical english liberalism - read about adam smith!)
